This Privacy Policy describes how Nobuhito Muto ("Developer") handles information in relation to the application MS-50G Editor ("Application").

3. MIDI Communication Data

The Application communicates with the Zoom MS-50G hardware via MIDI / SysEx protocols. All MIDI communication data, including patch data, is exchanged directly between your iOS device and the connected hardware. This data is not transmitted to external servers or third parties.

4. Patch Backup Data

Patch backups created by the Application are stored locally on your device. Premium users may optionally back up data to iCloud via Apple's CloudKit service. iCloud data is stored in the user's personal iCloud account and is not accessible to the Developer. Local backup data is not uploaded to any external server operated by the Developer.

5. Camera and Photo Library

The Application may request access to your device's camera to scan QR codes for patch data import. The Application may also request access to your photo library to import QR code images. Camera and photo data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers or third parties.

6. In-App Purchases

The Application offers a one-time in-app purchase processed through Apple's App Store. All payment transactions are handled by Apple Inc. The Developer does not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID credentials.

The Developer does not operate any servers that store user data. iCloud backup data is stored in the user's personal iCloud account managed by Apple. All analytics data is processed by the third-party services described above.

The Application is intended for users 13 years of age or older. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

If you believe that personal information from a child has been collected, please contact the Developer so that the information can be removed.

Reasonable measures are taken to protect information collected through the Application. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
